FICO will score your credit profile as it is when the collection is removed.  Your profile will have changes since  the collection was added to the profile. The changes include the payment history on all your other accounts, the length of time the accounts has been open etc.  So there is not an exact number points that will be added to your score. If the collection account is the only derogatory item on your credit report you should receive a nice bump in the score.
