@LP007: You'll be at 9%. Balances are reported as whole numbers only - the 33¢ won't matter here.
In fact, due to rounding, you could even be at $949.99 and still be 'less than 10% after rounding'.

@LP007 It's not above 9 you got to worry about; it's below 10, and since you are less than 9.5%, you are under 10%, so you are good, as @Anonymous said!
