I learned some great information today!
I reached out to Experian because I had 1 charge-off and 3 recent collections removed and I did not see a score bump. The collections were added within the past 6 months so I expected having them gone would bump them up and the charge off was 5 years old.
The dispute department mentioned that even though the credit report updates, it takes up to 30 days for score changes to take effect. I was told they typically go back to wherever the were before the derogatory information was added barring nothing else changed.

Perhaps there was a miscommunication between you and the CSR. It may take up to 30 days (or even more) for the data in the credit report to be updated. But your score change takes effect immediately as soon as someone pulls your score based on the new data.
My credit report already updated but no score boost yet. Baddies are gone.

From where are you getting your credit report and score?
Experian Premier Paid Membership directly from their site. We shall see what happens. Ultra clean report now.

Your experience is different from mine.
My score changes immediately on any day when there is a significant change in data.
Your data changes sound way more significant than anything that has ever occurred in my profile.
I wish last weeks progress reflected in my score last week. I have been refreshing daily.

Just out of curiosity, as you look at Experian does your report say "0 collection accounts" and do all your open and closed revolving and installment accounts say "Exceptional payment history"?
Yes
Then I'm stumped
