FICO Score generation criteria

I am surprised about what a customer representative at FICO told me during a telephone conversation about my credit score. Can anyone advise if this correct that one of the scoring criteria to have a FICO score is to have a social security number for at least two years? I never heard about this until today. I’ll greatly appreciate your insight on this.

I have never heard this to be true.  On the other hand, I don't know a person who acquired an SS number and then obtained true FICO scores a couple months later -- but it's quite possible that we have many cases of that here on the forums.  We may have cases where a person has no SS number and has true FICO scores.

 

What we do know for sure is that there are three requirements that must be met.  Note that SS number is not mentioned:
