I am new to this forum and so far I have found it to be very informative, but i am curious as to how can I found out my FICO 8 or 9 score?

Re: FICO Scoring

There are three different credit bureaus: Experian, TransUnion, and Equifax.  These are the places that store the data regarding your past and current credit accounts (loans, credit cards, etc.).

So even if you take one very specific credit scoring model (like FICO 8 Classic) there are three different credit scores: FICO 8 EX, FICO 8 TU, and FICO 8 EQ.

You can get your FICO 8 EX (along with a full credit report) at creditscore.com.  It wll be updated once per month and is free.

FICO 8 TU is often given to people for free depending on what credit cards they have.

The $1 trial offer at Credit Check Total will give you all three FICO scores, but you will need to cancel your trial within a few days of getting them.
