Three years ago, I was still in the HAMP process, with a HELOC R9P'd and the first mortgage in the trial payment process. I had a TU score down at 624, EX a little higher, and a decent EQ only because my lender hadn't posted it over on EQ yet, only reporting the delinquency on EQ after I reaffirmed the mortgage. I always had creedit cards, and the only late payments ever were on the mortgage and HELOC.
My scores have been trending up, then down a little, and evitably would rebound and then some. There were decreases for a new inquiry, and the new account, but then as I shifted my utilization around, and am letting the mortgage fiasco get further in the past, the score has always gone higher than it was within a month.
The CK FAKO model seems fairly broken, only claiming I have a 681 score. WM's TU said 728 earlier this month, but I nearly fell out of my chair when Barclay's TU score said 808!!!
I;m waiting for FNBO's EX score to be visible to me. I get a EQ from DCU, and it still only showed 711 last month.
But I may have to capture a screen shot of that Barclay's TU FICO score. I never thought I'd see anything over 800.

Congrats on all your hard work. Who's WM? Remember that Barclay and FNBO are giving your FICO Bankcard score and DCU is giving you your EQ FICO Mortgage score. In other words they're giving you FICO 08 and DCU is giving FICO 04. I think all of your information is impressive.

Sorry... WM = Walmart (Discover) / GECRB/Synchrony - FICO from TU.
Also checked the Discover TU Fico... it's due to be refreshed today, so I can't wait to see if the 751 drops like WM reported, or shoots up like Barclay's reported.
CONGRATS on your FICO score success!!!
