I get them from MyFico.com. 

It says it last updated on 5/2, does it update once a month?

It depends on whether you bought the $30/month package or the one that costs $40/month.

That link will show you the details for whatever it is you purchased.

Many people don't buy either of those, since people nowadays can get frequent reports and FICO scores for free.

This link will give you a free monthly FICO 8 score and report drawn on Experian data:

Credit Karma will give you free reports drawn on TransUnion and Equifax data as often as once a week.  You can ignore their scores since they are not FICO scores.

Put together that gives you free tools for getting frequent free reports from all three bureaus, along with a free Experian FICO 8 score.

As far as free TransUnion FICO 8 scores, there are loads of credit cards that give you these.  Discover, Barclays, Bank of America, and many others.

Citi cards give you a free FICO 8 Bankcard Enhanced score.

Credit Check Total gives you all three FICO 8 scores and all three reports with their $1 trial offer.
