FICO is only reporting a charged off credit card- is this normal?

I have 4 credit cards visible on my Experian report:

1. A closed card that was charged off in 2012. The bank is still reporting monthly negative updates because the balance hasn't been paid. The utilization is at 109%. The credit card is in my name only.

2. An open credit card I share with my spouse that we've had for 8+ years, has a credit limit of $16,600, and has always been paid on time. The utilization for this card is 27%. I am an authorized user.

3. Closed card in good standing.

4. Another closed card in good standing.

However, for some reason, when I pull up my FICO score/report, my FICO score is not reporting bank card #2, the open card in good standing with a high credit limit, but is instead only reporting bank card #1, the charged off account. According to FICO, my overall credit utilization is 109% (the UTL I have on my negative credit card), and it says I only have 3 revolving credit accounts when in actuality I have 4. In fact, FICO shows no record of the open card in good standing whatsoever. Why am I seeing all 4 of my revolving accounts on my Experian report, but only 3 on my FICO report? I know my CO will age off of my credit report soon, but this is still mildly concerning given most lenders check FICO. Will the open credit card with a good payment history appear on my FICO score once the old charged off CC ages away, or is this a reporting error that needs to be fixed?
