FICO representative?

Well.... Hi Barry The gurú!!! Just was wondering because FICO scores sometimes do things that I just can't understand and believe me, I'm a newbie here but not in another forum (CB). I have been on and off with credit related issues since 1995.

If you are the guru, I'd like to shoot an example question.
