This looks new. Which type of credit is this being used for?

At the moment it isn't really being used for any credit determinations.

 

FICO 08 was released in 2009 and took about 5 years to be widely adopted, so I wouldn't hold your breath waiting for companies to switch to FICO 09.

But I do not have any collections. One card will be slightly under 30%, now slightly under 20%. Do not understand.
