I've been sitting at 701 EQ and 691 TU for about 5 months now.....Utilization is below 1%....use my credit cards monthly and keep utilization low....only reporting 2 inquiries for each report....all over 1 year old.....no collections....no lates....no BK.....no mortgage....no auto loans....all accounts reporting paying on time or as agreed.....total revolving credit reporting at $28.......credit history is showing 10 years 7 mos.......Any guess as to why I'm stuck at these scores????....frustrating....
You have no derogatory information reporting at all? None?
AAoA = ?
What negatives are produced on your FICO reports?

Something must be up. 5 year average age is not bad. I would think you would be sitting over 740 easy.
Something has to be up. I would obtain a full CBR directly from TU and go over it with a fine toothed comb.
Recent TU FICO report (from transunioncs.com):
Oldest Account: 10+ years.
AAoA's: 4+ years
INQ's: 0, 1 year; 1, 2 years
Positives:
There is no evidence of a serious delinquency (60 days past due or greater) or derogatory description on your credit report.
You've limited the use of your available credit. (UTIL = 8%)
Negatives:
You have missed payments on your credit accounts. (Well aged.)
You have too many credit accounts with balances. (One too many, sneaky last day charge eluded me!)
TU FICO Score: 749
