Congrats on the awesome score !!! When you called in did you just dial the regular cust service #, or did you call into one of the backdoor #s ?

I called one of these two numbers, but I can't remember which one. One number is for new accts and the other I was told was to get my score. The numbers are
(800) 528-4800
(800) 874-2717
Hope this helps you, and good luck.
@Anonymous wrote:As someone who had a FICO score shock recently congrats! Welcome to the club. My high scores are due to a credit card I never thought I had. When I opened my checking account with BoA in 2004 I didnt know they also gave me a credit card. Obviously never used it and it was closed by BoA in 2008 but it did wonders for my credit age and AAoA.
Always nice to be surprised by your score in a good way. Now if only we can buy Experian FICOs like we can for EQ and TU here I would be a happy camper. Really annoying to know I can't get my EX score.
Thanks for the congrats, and to you too on your great scores. It is nice to see a great score for a change. Now, if only I can get rid of the one bad item on my TU and EQ I am sure those scores will be much better too. Hopefully I won't have to wait until they fall off in another 2 and a half years. I will fight that bad item till hell freezes over. I will never give up until that miscarriage of justice is removed from the records.
I tried both numbers multiple times, but no dice for me They told me either I should sign up for their credit monitoring product, or that they didn't pull the score, or that they only provided that when you are declined., etc.....
It's no biggie for me ~ I was approved last month and just wanted to get a rough idea of where I stand....

Sorry you couldn't get your score. I had no problem getting mine. I wonder if it was because you tried a month later. Try again today, it's worth a shot.
