If you signed up for a quarterly subscription on say, 1/1, your next report should be available 4/1. Hopefully if you have the same calculations for your subscription you have received your report by now. Not sure if it's down to the hour/minute but I've waited on reports on the "day" bright and early in the morning and it showed up later that day.
When you login and land on your dashboard. A marroon colored circle will be spinning notifying you you can update your new pull on the right side of the page.
