Fico 9 Which CCC will use and when?

So it seems that fico 9 will ignore all paid collections. For those of us, me, that are being held down by a paid collection more than any other item this is potentially great news.

Does anybody who was paying attention last fico rollout, which issuers are likely to be early adopters and about when will they do it?

It took CCC's a long time to start pulling FICO 08 scores. I don't see many of them starting to use FICO 09 scores in the near future. I think it will take years and not months.

I cannot imagine them wanting to upgrade. Collections are still a key piece of data even if they are paid. What is to stop someone from constantly entering collections and causing the bank to lose money that way over and over again. Banks like people that pay them back with intrest. The next best thing is people that pay them back in the grace period. Banks dont want to deal with collections for the payday so very few will update.
