I have to say I am disappointed after getting my UTI from 23% down to 7.9% ....I expected my scores to be above 770 above all 3 and only Ex seems to be the closest....
I have always been disappointed with Transunion as they never showed a AU card on my report and it seemed the scores where always lower. Well they finally started to show a AU account my report and now I feel all 3 are equal in a sense of UTI %, but I still feel Transunion is the lowest even now. I have decided to forgo a home purchase in Nov and will wait till After Jan 2021 and beyond to see how the markets react when the true unemployment and rental/realestate markets show the effects.
These are my current credit cards %
INQs Ex 1 on June 2020 for SBA loan will not reflect on my personal credit. 5 that turned a year old and no longer scoreable
EQ 2 that turned a year old and no longer scoreable
TU 3 that are not mine and might just take TU to small claims since they refuse to investigate and 2 that that turned a year old and no
longer scoreable.
I do not plan on obtaining or applying for anymore credit and will continue to garden. Whats the best to maximize my Fico scores?
Forgot to mention on one of my AU cards I am doing AZEO and it will be showing a $67 balance of $13,800 every month starting in Aug

The best and quickest things you can do right now are (a) get the Barclays card to 28% or lower and (b) get the loan down to 9%.
@SouthJamaica How did I know you were going to say that lol...At this moment I my need is to get 3 INQ removed from TU. I want pts back on my report if any before I start paying down almost $2k to get those accounts down, Im honestly annoyed at Barclays and how they reduced my line from $5k to $2350. The card will be paid off in Nov, but I think I will wait to pay $650 on the card in Sept and than I will see how many pts I get from the UTI being around 25%.
The Sofi loan down to 9% and below will require a $1k payment and this time I dont want to do it, I know its costing me pts but how many? Could be 2 to 10 pts? Wasnt impressed on the little movement from 23% to 8% for overall UTI.
Thanks for the advice again

Hopefully they won't lower your CL again when you make the payment!

This is why I didnt care where the balance was at, they basically screwed me over by having UTI go from 30 % to 82% when I did a BT a year ago. I would not doubt if they did that, since they are pretty scummy. When the card is paid off fully in Nov Im cutting the card up and never using it again. If they want to close the card at that time, they can I dont care
