Try pulling your report at https://www.annualcreditreport.com They are offering free weekly pulls.

TU has had some idiosyncrasies with the monitoring data (FICO 8) received by myFICO because it is off some secondary / cached source apparently and not the primary one which I believe annual credit report is on.
Go through the myFICO one with the same level of detail but oddly what people found was when they got a 1B or 3B report it was normal but the monitoring solution for FICO 8 was off.
This might still be occurring for you or similar but the score on a pull should be right. Look at the reason codes for FICO 4 for example and see what the notations are there.
