Fico Score Simulator

On a regular basis each week I see post from members in regards to what factors will give you what range of a fico score. If you have a bankruptcy, high balances, opened new credit, etc. There are two ways that you can do this to roughly find out the range. One is to pull a new report with a score through www.myfico.com  The other way is to go to www.bankrate.com/fico   Always be honest when answering these questions. Please keep in mind that all factors on your credit report are factored in. This also includes any closed accounts.

The simulars are a great tool.  It works if you follow what the ask

Just to keep your brains from being tangled up, this is called the Estimator. The sims are what you find on your own EQ and TU reports. They're more sensitive in a way, in that they are specifically tuned to that CRA's formula, but they only let you play with one variable at a time, and it's a limited list of variables.

I use it as my time machine, to see where I would be if I had just put the freakin' check in the mail.
