Vantagescore is not a FICO score and basicaly not used, and NextGen is a FICO score that is basically not used.
I consider a pure FICO and FICO Bankcard scores to be useful, true FICO scores that are actually used. Sorta like the difference between Canadian, and French Canadian.
You have to dig and read the small print. According to Discover's site, they provide the Fico Score 8 model.

Discover & Barclay's is a real fico. Cap One is neither Fico or the new Vantage score. I believe it's the old Vantage scoring model. Most of the others take forever to update.

Thanks. Yea capitalone credit score for me is my lowest one. In everything
Yes Cap1 seems to be a few weeks behind with updates too. My most recent still showed balances that were paid off over 30 days ago.

I've been steeped in the "FICO world" for the better part of two years and I still do not understand why there are such discrepancies between even true FICO models. For example there is an almost 50 pt difference between my 08 and 04. Same info; just things weighted differently.
Yes, a lot of us weighed less in '04
My Barclay FICO is exactly what my true TU FICO score. Same with Discover. But, my CapOne is so bad I don't even bother checking it. I looked tonight just now before replying to this - 650...huh??
