I have a question for the mediator to why on the fico simulator it only asks on the last question, which is bankruptcy, why it only asks if you filed more than 3 years ago? Why does it not ask you which chapter was filed because a 13 gets deleted after 7 years and a 7 gets deleeted after 10 years.? This si the site from MYFICO http://www.bankrate.com/brm/fico/calc.asp?lpid=BKRATE29 I think it should also ask you up tot eh ten year mark and not just after three eyars.
