I prefer the Score Estimator over the Simulator. The Estimator allows you to put information in to include "what if I don't have a CA" where Simulator won't.
The basis of this is allowing you to see the results if you are successful with GW, disputes or PFD.

I use both the Estimator and the Simulator to look at scenarios because each has features the other lacks. The Simulator is based on an actual report and score so its baseline is more precise. The Estimator is more flexible because it allows trying possibilities that cannot be done with the Simulator. Of course also the Estimator can be used by anybody without paying to get an actual score because it's based entirely on what the user says.
For obvious commercial reasons both tools give ranges rather than exact numbers: if they were more precise then it would be possible to use them for reverse engineering of FICO's proprietary algorithms.
Anyway, time spent experimenting with both tools can yield considerable insight into how the FICO models view your credit and how changes in your situation might affect your score.

Thank you so much! Everybody has been very helpful. My TU is 560s with 2 collections in which I am disputing and will have to call the creditor to delete it. Do you think my score will reach the 600s? Thank you.
Try the Estimator and Simulator yourself to learn how likely specific actions are to attain the score you seek. The Simulator will be available as part of a purchased FICO score. The Estimator can be found here:

Notice that the Estimator appears on the Bankrate website. I don't know the exact business relationship between MyFico and Bankrate, but I do know that (1) both are very informative sites and (2) each has links to the other.
