I left 9% balance on my capital one cars this month and 0 balance on both other cards. Equifax dropped 4 points. It said my balance increased 100% even though it was only $220 on $3,300 credit limit. I am beyond frustrated. One of my cards went from 191 to 0 and I gained nothing from that , but for dinged for a measley $220?
It does not appear that your point change is related to any change in utilization. Reporting $220 on a $3300 CL card would have no impact on score from a utilization perspective. However, if you are reporting balances on more open accounts (cards) now than previously it can translate to a minor score drop.
Did the # accounts reporting a balance change?

One account has a $3 balance. That had a $191 balance previously.
In your original post you said $220 on one card and $0 on the other cards.
it appears you have more than one card reporting a balance.
How many cards do you have?
Looking at your old posts, it appears you have 3 cards.
if you have less than 5 cards, and have gone from 1 to 2 cards reporting, that's where your 4 point EQ drop occurred.
EQ seems to be the most sensitive to percentage (number) of cards reporting.
It's often discussed around here and you can find many more instances if you want to search.
here is my experience testing number of cards reporting, I only have 3 cards
