I didn't even realize I haven't posted on months, lol. Foreclosure is coming up on 4 years here in the next week or two. I figured I'd buy the 30 score report shortly after just to see every score. Should I wait a week after it's 4 years old or should I wait until July?

Jager, I agree with Revelate.  If it were me, I would wait until July as well.  I too have experienced that some things on some reports seem to update at the beginning of the month.

So pleased that your recovery is going so well.  I really enjoy following your progress and appreciate how you have followed my recovery!

Yup, waiting to July sounds good to me.  I'm fine with the free scores I get monthly, plus $30 one time sounds good too!

Re: From 800+ to Foreclosure - How Negatives Affect Your Score

Decided to dispute my account with TU with a reason of "Creditor agreed to delete this account"... POOF, IT'S GONE! Score jumped from a 721 to a 807!

Re: From 800+ to Foreclosure - How Negatives Affect Your Score

Tried the same dispute with EQ and they added a fresh 120 day late dated 08/2019! That certainly was a backfire!

Not only that, but the "Date Closed" is missing as well!

NO!  Are you kidding?  What do you make of that?  Was it to the same mortgage account?  I assume you will be fighting that?

So sorry...   Smiley Sad
