Gaining pts back from inquiries

I know that you get points back from any inquiries within 12 months but will it be on the first of the 12th month or on the specific date of that month for it to be considered 12 months? Eg, if you had an HP on 01/15/20, will you get points back on the 1st of the month a year later or will you be getting points back on or after a year from the date of the HP?

It's 365 days from date of HP inquiry. In your case, it should be unscoreable 1/14/2021.

Thanks. The date i gave was an example. I do have several inquiries that will reach a year this month and just wanted clarification.

In real life yes, but if you follow CK just know that they make sure you know it's still on there for 24 months..... ha ha...

It's not just CK, all CMS will show inquiries for 24 months because that's how long they'll be on your CR.  What they won't tell you though is that they're only scoreable for 365 days.

I think Experian is 25 months
