You are doing fine.  As mentioned, pay everything down to actually sub 5% and your score may climb to the mid 700s?  This is what happened in my case.  I got 3 collections deleted, my AAoA was about 2 years plus.  When I took care of the medical collections and paid everything down to less than 5% ultilization, my scores climbed from 604 612 614 to 757 756 749.   

Since that time, I've app'ed for several cards(about 5) and my scores still are at 745+.   Since I am not in the market for an auto or home at this time, that score is fine.
