If it was reporting as an installment loan and you have no other open installments reporting the result is a Fico score drop.
If the HELOC was reporting as a revolving debt and you have all accounts at 0 in the revolving category then that as well is a Fico score drop you can get those points back just by letting one revolver report a small balance each month to the CRA.
