@SouthJamaica I responded to it yesterday (apologies for the fairly incomplete response on my part)
Here is the info you requested for 8/26 pull:

This was helpful to review actually. Thanks for suggesting. I noticed the 9-11 report has a negative factor of "recently seeking credit" I assume this is the soft pull I referred to earlier? I thought soft pulls had no credit impact?
I noticed the factor for "amount owed on revolving accounts is too high" is included in my 9-11 report, even though the revolving amount is the same on both reports.
@Anonymous would you mind elaborating on your earlier point about soft pulls?
As a side note, I only have 1 revolving account with a balance. I wonder why I was dinged for that.
I am only utilizing 9% of available credit is that considered too high?

@Anonymous A recently seeking credit reason code means a hard inquiry within the last 12 months.
I will have to view the reports above but if there's a difference in reason codes there's also a difference in the data or age, with regard to thresholds.
No, nothing closed and no reductions.

I don't see dramatic shifts in anything.
Seems to me you've probably been moved from one scorecard to another, and the new one is penalizing you for having so many accounts with balances.
And the soft pull wouldn't be 'seeking credit' so it must have been a hard pull.
I never see soft pulls on my MyFICO report, so I don't know why you would be seeing one. But an inquiry isn't going to cost 70 points.
@AnonymousYour report from 9/11 says that you had a late payment 1YR 11MO ago. So you must have had a late payment sometime close to Oct of 2018. Can you tell us exactly when that was?
@SouthJamaica I noticed the softpull on annualcreditreport.com. Mind shedding some light on the scorecard change? Would that warrant a 70 point score differential?
@Anonymous the missed payment was in september of 2018. Is there some sort of significance to the anniversary?
