If I read your post correctly, you have a few new accounts that report a balance with no CL reported.  That may they compute in the algorithm as a maxed card.  Get  your CLs reported, for until you do that, your CR does not reflect your situation, and FICO score is thus of no meaning.

How does one get their CL reported?  Yes there are several account amounting to about $5000 not reporting CL.

You need to contact the CCC, not the CRA.  The CRA is only responsible for what is reported.  Contact customer support for the affected credit cards.  Also, if the cards are "unlimited credit limt" cards, they might not report a CL at all, for you have none, but they usually still report the highest prior bal as the CL.  Call them and ask them what they report as CL.  That is your starting point.
