OP, some great advice above has been given by CGID as always!
It looks like your aggregate utilization is ever so slightly to high to yield that score increase. Any decimal is already rounded up to the next whole number, so unfortunately you are still at 10% aggregate utilization.
The good news is you are extremely close to being at 9%. I'm not sure how many cards you have total and how many have balances, but if you knocked just a quarter of a percent off of your aggregate utilization on your next card that will report, you could see that score increase in a week or two rather than next month. No big deal though as those points are coming regardless
No need to pay off the card while the 0% interest promo is in effect. However, I would agree with CGID that paying the card down to under 49% and getting your aggregate utilization below 9% are a prudent short term goal.
Note: you do want to maintain some periodic activity on your other cards (at least once every 3 to 5 months) to avoid potential adverse action (AA) due to non use.
I have 8 other accounts reporting 0 balances this month, they all see use. I was just able to have them all report 0 this month due to me hoping to apply for Chase Freedom in the coming days. Gonna give the other bureaus a few days to catch up to this new lower utilization, then will apply
