My three credit scores are each over 800 but my Fico score is only 730. Why would it be so low?

Your credit scores from where? Please elaborate
Experian, Transunion, Equifax.

If they are showing 800, and you have a true Fico score that is 730 than you are not getting Fico scores from them.
My guess is the scores are not from but rather based on date from each of the 3Bs. I would further speculate they could be derived from the VS 2.0 model which has a score range of 501 to 990. IYou can still get 3B scores based on the VS 2.0 model (through TransUnion?).
I pulled the Fico score from the Equifax site. Is there another way to pull it?

You can always get Fico scores from MyFICO. I purchased their 3B report which provides you with Fico 8, Fico 4 and industry specific Fico 8 Auto, Fico 8 bankcard scores from all three CBs. A few other Fico scores are included in the report as well. All scores are based on data within each CB's report.
It is worth considering as a one time purchase to get good granularity on scores relative to your specific profile..
P.S. EQ offers a ScorePower report/score that IS a true Fico 4 (Beacon 5) score used primarily for mortgages. I believe most 3B Fico summaries are Fico 8 - which is a different Fico scoring model (I score higher on Fico 8 than on Fico 4). That could also be a reason why your reported EQ score is lower.
