Higher score with two cards reporting?

Anyone have a higher score with two cards reporting? I've had one card reporting a balance for awhile. Utilization has dropped through the single digits to 1%. I didn't really see much of a different after it went below 10% I had something that I was going to be returning so I let that amount ($50.00) stay on the card until after the statement closed. Don't know if that's the reason why my scores went up but I gained 3 points on my EQ 08 score. Credit Seseme and Credit.com each went up 6 points (668 - 674). I know those two are FAKO but something caused them to go up. They had been stuck at 668 for awhile.

EQ - 699 / TU - 679 / EX - 689

Capital One Savor - $17000 / Capital One Venture - $13000 / Travel Advantage Visa - $13000 /Bread Rewards AMEX - $8450 / TD Cash Card - $7500 / Apple Card - $6500 / TD Double Up - $5500 / Mercury - $5000 / Ally Master Card - $4300 / DCU Visa - $3000 / Capital One QuickSilver - $600

I don't: I gained points 2 -> 1 balance, and then lost them again 1 -> 2 in my most recent round of testing.
