My Transunion cs has traditionally lagged behind my others, but now the gap is bigger than ever before. While all my scores have risen significantly over the past year, the Transunion score is moving at a snail's pace compared to the others. It is now about 20 points lower than my Equifax score and a whopping 30 points lower than my Experian score.
Are there any tips or tricks to get that Transunion score, specifically, higher? Any cards, maybe, that would serve to boost it? Or any other techniques?
We need more information to be able to give you guidance.
What are you Fico scores? What is your card utilization %? How many cards do you have? What negatives do you have on your credit reports?
A gap of 30 points isn't unusual; TBH we don't really know what the bureaus are calculating on specifically but generally what's good for one is good for them all so simply pretty up the report as much as possible and go on with life.
Might be something different in the data if you look at the comparison, but that can be difficult to sort.
Well, it seems as if Transunion just lags behind the other reporting agencies, as my Transunion score finally jumped today, now sitting at just 10-12 points below the others!
My EQ is always very slow compared to the others in updating. And it lags between 30-35 points from the other two CRA.

Does TU have more inquiries? Any negatives the others don't have? Just a couple of things that happened to me that varied my scores. Honestly, it could be anything. For me, TU doesn't seem to like it if my overall utilization goes up while the other bureaus don't seem to mind and don't adjust scores to the same degree.

Oh, well, you do have to give the bureaus a few days for each of them to get around to dealing with any new information. This is not an instant process.
My TU is always off from the timing of when I get notices of balance changes on EQ.
