@Barkius wrote:FNBO uses FICO bankcard score 9
That may be the other one I was thinking of. I have an FNBO Evergreen.

Who? FNBO? I think it's Experian.
For me if I recall correctly FNBO pulled experian
Thanks!
Navy Fed uses TU Fico 9
Wells provides ex fico 9. I suppose they use it.
@FicoMike0 wrote:This might be a silly question, but how do we know which model they use? I was just approved for a usb altitude connect card. I checked and they did a hard pull on tu. I didn't see anywhere which score they used or what value they got. Am I missing something?
Easy to tell if you get denied, IIRC, the denial letter will tell you.
@PepsterinBklyn wrote:What's your Vantage 4?
Other than Synch which provides TU Vantage 4 scores (at least with the Lowes card), I'm not sure how you could even find Vantage 4 scores. Hopefully some of the free sites like CK, etc. will upgrade since Vantage 4 might actually be gaining some relevance with the mortgage changes.
Mtg fico 2,4 & 5 are the most prevalent for what I have seen for several years now.
@Tiersha2,4,and 5 are about to become far less common in the next year. 4th quarter of this year is when mortages transition from those to either FICO 10T or VS 4.0 (so mad that VS4.0 isn't commercially available to the general public in most cases at this time).
@Zoostation1 I agree with you. I read somewhere on the forum that JC Penney offers the VS4 score. Since I have an account with I was able to get the VS4 score from them.
The reason they will be come far less popular is that Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac are integrating the scores and trending data into their underwriting platforms. Fannie Mae and Freddie are the two real estate loans buyers in America.
