How about Innovis

I have heard that Innovis is the up and coming next big CRA. Does it use the FICO model or some other way to obtain your credit score? And does anyone know if they use the same reasons code for lower credit scores?

Re: How about Innovis

I requested my Innovis report, and it was missing a whole bunch of TL's.....my understanding is that it concentrates more on mtg lenders than anything else like auto or cc's.

I doubt they will get anywhere near the level of the Big 3..............but I'd like to hear other comments.

Re: How about Innovis

I received my report (and it does not come with a score) some time ago. There was nothing derogatory on it and reports only 2 of my 14 trade lines: an open FIA CC and an old closed auto loan that was later sold to another bank. I doubt they will be able to compete with the big three and they have nothing to do with FICO.

It will be a few years before you hear the name Innovis if they make it. They are just trying to get up and running. Most lenders are still not reporting to them.

Re: How about Innovis

Discover somehow reported to the CRA's twice in December for us. I called to say ???, and they were stumped and did some sort of in-house research. I got a letter from them the other day, and they still didn't know why it happened, but that they "reported to all 4 major credit bureaus." I'm guessing the 4th is Innovis.

There were a couple of threads going about 3 months ago involving Innovis and others:

Re: How about Innovis

I received my Innovis Report in early February.  And I was disappointed.  Of course there is the NO SCORE thing.  Then the only thing that was there was my student loans.  I guess the only good thing about that is they are all positive, up to date and NEVER been late.  NO Baddies either.
