Only places you can get it is either by being a member of PSECU (assuming they haven't changed their provided score, and they're only open to residents of PA), and on a mortgage app.
Experian is notoriously tight-fisted on their scores, not entirely certain why other than there's higher profit if they don't have to pay the FICO licensing fees; Will probably change in the future as the consumer base gets more educated about "educational" scores.
