How is my Transunion Auto score worse than my Experian Transunion Auto score?

It's the same auto information. Never late on two auto loans in 8 years.  On top of that, my overall Transunion score is higher than my Experian. 711 overall score on TU is 685 TU auto, while Experian overall 685 is 715 auto.

Help me make it make sense.

Assuming all the information on each report is in fact identical as you say, the simple answer is that all the bureaus are able to tweak Fico scoring models to suit their preferences to a certain degree. One bureau might score things more harshly/favorably than another so it's not uncommon to see three different scores using the same scoring model.

This ^^^

Each bureau has their own slight tweaks so it's unusual that you'll see an identical score from more than 1 CRA with identical reports.
