Revolving utilization includes all CCs, AU or not. FICO also includes LOCs and HELOCs into the calculation so as long as the limit remains under a certain limit (varies by CRA, but generally $40k). It also includes special rules for no-preset limit CCs like charge cards, Woldpoints and Signature CCs. Finally, it also includes any charged-off CCs that still report a limit and balance.
