How many points? It depends on what else you have reporting outside of the judgment. It also depends if the judgment is coming off due to the 7 yrs vs. coming off early due to having it vacated.

Edit: do I really type this slowly in the morning?  In addition to what illecs most excellently stated, any significant negative mark which comes off your credit report is always a good thing, regardless of what the FICO algorithm thinks in your particular situation.
