How much of a jump for CA delete?

I'm waiting for my last CA to come off my reports after they agreed to delete. My most current scores are in my siggy below and are with 1% util and the only baddies left are 3 paid 0 balance charge offs showing on all three.

The CA has reported date of 10/07 on EX and TU, but shows 4/08 on EQ. (I think this accounts for some of the major difference in my EQ score.)

Any guess as to any score jump forthcoming after this is removed?  I want to get into the 700's by this fall when I want to get a house.

Thanks for your help!

I vote 60 points. What would I win?

I think you'll be around 700-715. after the last of your chargeoffs fall off, you'll gain an additional 50-70 points.

My last baddie was a 6.75 year old CA, and it gained me an average of 52 points
The slide from grace is really more like gliding
And I've found the trick is not to stop the sliding
But to find a graceful way of staying slid

Wow, 40-60 points. This is an incentive for me to talk to Comcast/CMI and see if I can get a paid collection I have removed. I dont know about CMI. Did any one have any luck talking to Comcast and see if they can instruct CMI to remove CA item?

Re: How much of a jump for CA delete?

I had a Transunion Fico score of 621 in early January with four collections. Between then and about a week ago two collections were removed, one from January 2007 and another from June 2008. My new Transunion Fico score after those 2 collections fell off is.............621. Lol, I was hoping to see a score jump but oh well. Atleast my report looks better now.

On the bright side, my Credit Karma Transunion score jumped from 554 to 637 with the removal of those two collections.

Bishop, the reason you didn't get a score hop is because you still had collections on your report (apparently, your most recent ones remained). The transrisk score on CK is a FAKO, same as on TC...not used by any lenders.
