How much will score go up ?

i have had 8 car loans , credit history of about 10 years and never missed a payment.  I have 1 credit card that i have never been late on and always pay as agreed.  I had 1 credit card that i was late 30 , 60 , 90 , 120 , 180 and charged off . which i got a settlement on and paid it.  I wrote the OC and they agreed today and sent me a letter in the mail today to delete the file from all 3 credit bureaus. 

So my question is , now that this is gone from my credit reports , how much will my score go up from the current 627 ?

i will have no late payments and nothing bad on my credit at all now.  Thanks !

1.) When did the credit card charge-off?

2.) What is the credit limit and the balance on the one good credit card you have?

3.) Do you have any other "open" positive accounts: other credit cards including gas and store cards, any loans, mortgages?

4.) Have you applied for any credit in the last twelve months?
