A util change in and of itself won't necessarily cause a score change. The util has to cross a breakpoint, like moving under 10% or under 30%, to change your score. We spend a lot of time guessing where these points are, and some might even be bucket-dependent. For instance, when my oldest account hit 19 years, I was penalized for 8% util and then praised for 7% util the next month. Gotta love it.
