AFAIK one sub is every three months, and the other (the more expensive one) is every month. It should say on your dashboard when your next 3b is due, and that will tell you when your new scores will generate.
You can also pull a 3b any time you want but it will cost you.
Im new to the program myself, but thats what I figure from looking around on mine.
It should be on the right side, middle margin, mine says this

I’m new here, and new to monitoring my credit (though I’ve had a nice 200 point bump over the past 2-3 months).
Sorry if this has been asked/answered before but -
CreditKarma gives me updates every 7 days on my TU and EQ scores. Since signing up for the $25/mo MyFICO subscription, I haven’t seen my score update in the last 3 days. How often will my TU/EQ/EX scores update with my subscription?
As others have mentioned, the myFICO Ultimate 3B product you purchased gives you an updated report and scores every 90 days. That's what it means here when it describes the updates as "quarterly":
https://www1.myfico.com/products/fico-credit-monitoring
You do get much more frequent updates of the FICO 8 Classic score. But the alerts may come a couple days after Karma. Some people have reported that, and one of the folks on this thread mentioned it.
Another possibility is that the particular change to your report you mention (removal of lates) is not an "alertable event" with the MF Ultimate product In which case you won't see those until the next quarterly report. The MF product does not update the FICO 8 Classic scores any time your report changes -- rather, only when certain kinds of changes occur (called alertable events).
You mention that the subscription is $25/month. You may want to check that again. It is actually $30/month.
Since opening the MyFICO account, my credit score for TU has changed (late payments have been removed - which was reflected in my Credit Karma score) but I don’t see them removed on the MyFICO page. When can I expect to see the MyFICO TU and other bureau scores update? How often do they update? Clearly there’s been a change to my credit, and my scores have not been updated to reflect that on MyFICO.
Any advice would be appreciated! Thank you!

Also note that you CAN get free fico scores, but you need to have a few specific cards to do so. More accurately, be in with a few specific companies. For Equifax, you need a Citi card, and not a co-branded one as far as I am aware, they give you a free fico8 EQ with each statement. TU comes from Synchrony cards like Walmart, and Experian you get from the Discover Scorecard website.
Good response in general, TCG, but the highlighted sentence is not quite right. You do not need specific cards in order to have free FICO scores. In particular, you can get a free FICO 8 based on Experian data (as well as the report) with no cards of any kind:
The TU scores you mention are available through many more cards than Synchrony: Barclay, Discover, Bank of America, etc.
For EQ, you are right about Citi, though you may want to clarify that it is a FICO 8 Bankcard scorecard, which is a different model from the FICO 8 Classic score that you see from other CC issuers (and free sites like creditscore.com).
Finally, although it is not strictly free, the $1 trial offer at Credit Check Total is extremely low cost, and it gives you your 3B report and your three FICO 8 Classic scores. Many people simply sign up for the trial once per month (and then cancel it a few days later).
OP, it sounds like you were expecting more than an update to your reports once every 3 months with the subscription you purchased. Am I correct in that assessment? Many people, myself included, use free tools such as CK, Wallethub, Credit Sesame etc. for free monitoring and/or report updates and hedge those with periodic 3B FICO scores (and reports) from CCT for $1. If what you're getting from MF (quarterly updates) isn't what you expected, perhaps it's worth considering moving on from it.
Wow thank you all for your quick responses and support!!! I'll try to reply to each person below -
TheCreditGame - Thank you for your response! It seems like you're right. Mine says January, which would be an update after 3 months/quarterly. A little disappointing for me. I will check out the credit card options for monitoring, thank you!
909 - So FICO8 can update daily? I've seen somewhere on this site that MYFico will alert me to any changes in my credit. I mean there has clearly been a change to my TU score. Let's say the FICO version changes; should MyFICO report the update automatically, and immediately? Will the score update as well? Or do I have to wait until my next update in January (my quarterly update).
CreditGuyInDixie - Thanks for the warm welcome! In regards to what you wrote earlier - "You do get much more frequent updates of the FICO 8 Classic score" - does the FICO 8 Classic score update as soon as the change is registered in the FICO system? What is the lag time? I just want to understand how frequently the FICO 8 score will update based on what I'm paying for. And you are correct - I am paying $29.99, not $25. My apologies; so I understand the full picture will update quarterly, but how often is FICO 8 updated with my plan? As soon as there's a change?
BrutalBodyShots - Yes, you are absolutely right in your assessment. I was hoping that I would have more frequently updated scores than once every 3 months; because I'm paying for this service; wheras free services, like CK, even though they're using VantageScore, they still update weekly, and are free! Also, what is CCT? I wanted to try the MyFICO service, I'm still on the fence. I liked the security alerts, and I liked the detailed FICO scores that are provided in the report. But eh...should I just be paying to get the full report occasionally when I want it? Perhaps....
CCT is Credit Check Total, a great service that with a $1 trial you can get your 3 FICO 08 scores and 3B reports twice. You get them once the day you sign up, then get them one more time 7-10 days later (your choice when during that range). The only catch here is that you need to remember to cancel your $1 trial during the 7 day membership. I recommend cancelling right after signing up or the following day just so you get it out of the way and don't forget. Also, there's no limit to the $1 trials, so if you'd like to do another a month from now you are more than welcome to using your same user name, PW, etc; There's no need to make additional accounts to do this. I've done probably 40 trials, give or take.
Those with myFICO membership experience are probably better equipped to answer your other question, but I'll try. MyFICO from what I understand provides you with a new FICO 08 score any time an alertable change is made to your credit report. This can be something like paying off a credit card, or an inquiry being added to your report. Many things however may not be alertable, like bringing the utilization on a credit card from 8% to 50%, for example. It's important to undertand that the score provided at the time of an alert often has nothing to do with the alert you received. It's a common misconception that because you received an alert and a new score to go along with it that the score change is related to the alert. Many times it is not.
Using my example above, say you receive an alert that you paid off a credit card. There's a chance that paying off a credit card will have no impact at all on your score. Perhaps your balance on the card was only $5. Paying it off to $0 likely makes no change to your aggregate utilization and if no number of cards reporting balances thresholds are crossed this would be seen as a non-event in terms of FICO scoring. Now, say 6 days before you received this alert, one of your other credit cards went from 8% utilization to 50% utilization reported. When you receive your updated FICO score from paying off your one credit card, your new score may be say 10 points lower. Naturally, you may think it was from paying off the card when in fact it was from taking your utilization up on a different card, which was a non-alertable event. Hopefully that makes sense.
The basic answer to your question then, is you'll receive new scores as often as you receive a myFICO alert. This could be once a week, or if you have nothing changing on your credit report could go months without happening, thus you'd only get your quarterly update. Many have said that the alerts they get from Credit Karma, Credit Sesame, WalletHub and other free services are as good or better (faster) than MF. Since I don't have MF, I can't comment. I do know that during my last CC spree in May when I applied for 3 cards I received 3 alerts from those free services mentioned above within minutes of the applications. Can't beat that for monitoring, especially for free.
