Historically FICO consumer doesn't upgrade plans unless you drop out and resubscribe.

Ohhhhh... That makes sense then.... I do not think my account renews unti the Nov 17th.  If I were to unsubscribe, would I lose access to the reports that are already in my list, as well as my fico score history that is here?  If this should be taken to PM, I can do that as well.  Thanks in advance.

I'd ask a CSR on that; I *think* you keep it as that's tied to your account rather than the service, but don't quote me on it Smiley Happy.  I did switch from one service to another when they upgraded a couple of iterations ago and I do think I kept all my reports but that might've changed.

Hi Revelate,

Thanks for the info.  I did send an email to support using the support link here on the site.

Strange thing did happen though.  Would you believe that the email bounced to support as it said:

The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now.  Please try resending your message later, or contact the recipient directly.

I used the "Contact Us" link found--> Click here.

Yes you would lose access to them so you should download those to which you will want to refer later.
