You can choose any of your three cards as the one you wish to have a small balance appear. All three cards have a decent sized credit limit.
Good luck....

I do not. That's what's throwing me off as well. At first I thought the OP was referring to new credit limits perhaps, but the chances of all of his cards now having $10k credit lines after paying off his balances is slim to none.
EDIT: I see above where the OP clarified this. I get it now.
OP, typically one will gain 15-20 points on average depending on the bureau in reporting a single small balance verses reporting all zero balances. Unfortunately that's only about half of the points you were looking to gain in order to be mortgage-ready. Do you have any recent late payments or anything on your profile? What is it that's keeping your scores down?
If you haven't taken any steps to get that 30 day late payment removed, I'd do so ASAP. You can read about goodwill letters in the rebuilding forum. That 30 day late will impact you for 2 years, so for another 6 months and of course still be visible for another 5 years after that even if it isn't impacting your score adversely after 2 years. If you were to get that late payment dropped, you'd probably see a score jump of 15-20 points give or take... especially if it's your only late payment across your accounts. 30 day lates are the least severe, so assuming solid payment history otherwise on that account I'd think you'd stand a very good chance of that creditor forgiving it.
