You can pull your full reports weekly which have your SP's on them from: https://www.annualcreditreport.com/
on the TU website, you can pull your full report daily which has your SP's on them
on the myEquifax website, you can have a free monthly pull, which will show your SP's, or you can use their $5/month service for daily reports.
For Exp, I'm pretty sure you have to use the https://www.annualcreditreport.com free weekly pull in order to see them.
A stated, ACR is the best way I found to see them. I have tons of them!
