Last hp on Exp. was Feb 2020. I have 14/24, 9/12, or 6/6. HP for Macy's Amex like 1 minute before midnight I guess...11:59. Just checked my updated report just now and it didn't budge my score. Yay! but am I lucky? Will it stick?

1. You can't be sure it won't budge your score later.
2. Inquiries are grouped or 'binned' in scoring. If I may oversimplify: once you have too many inquiries, it might not matter whether you have 9 or 10 or 11, because you just stay in the 'too many' category.
With that many inquiries, you already took the maximum penalty.
EX usually calls it a day around 8-9.
Ask me how I know 🤷♀️
Okay, well thanks y'all....I feel like a "Rule Breaker" for some reason.

How? jk!.......already know, you're a myFico'er
Yeah inq bins are weird. My last app pulled TU and EX. TU went from 3 inq to 4 and did not flinch. EX went from 5 to 6 and dropped 3 points. 🤷♂️
It's just weird or unusual to me because I've always lost anywhere between 2 and 3 pts. I do believe this is a first for me. I'll take it...not complaining but did find it like, idk...hit the honey hole?
We know it doesnt mean what it says. But I got a 4 point increase on MyFICO alert from joining NFCU 2 months ago and getting their card in the same visit with EQ HP. Go figure @GApeachy . Card before that was PP MC. No points lost. Guess as the file ages/grow and I've been below 2 scorables. It doesnt move much. Now back to when I started after BK. Slam job! 4-8 pt loss.

Once you get over ~8 inquiries in a year (aka counting against you), you stop losing points for them.
