Well like the title says I JUST DONT GET IT I get two alerts on my phone for changes on my fico so I look and heres what happened
Belk Credit Card gave me an CLI without me asking for it and my score drops 4 points
My Amazon card balance changes from $239 to $80 and UTIL goes from 8% to 2% and score drops 3 points
I get an inquiry on my EQ report for a card and score drops 18 points
Total Bank Card Balances increases and I lose 27 points on EX 11 Points on EQ and 4 points on TU
I get two CLI which reduce my UTIL down to 5% on both cards and scores dont move
I really honestly give up and dont know why I am even bothering to monitor my scores anymore not one thing makes sense to NOT ONE
Well thanks for reading my RANT Have a Blessed Day
I'm pretty clueless also. I give up on trying to figure it out... now, I just complain lol

Sounds like you are still rebuilding possibly?
When was the last time you requested a CLI on your lowes card? Is your other cap1 secured? If not you could ask to have it combined with your current quicksilver. You should avoid using debit cards completely and run everything through the quicksilver and pay it in full monthly.
I would also say only have one card out of all of yours report a balance.
Does your credit one card charge an annual fee or a monthly fee? If its annual, cancel the card before the next AF hits. If its monthly, close it now.

The key thing to remember about MyFico monitoring is that not every score change generates a notification. Some things have thresholds (only notify is X is above Y) and other score impacting changes never generate alerts. This leads to confusion, as people understanably associate the reason for the alert with the reason for the score change, and this is not always the case.
In other words, the score has been changing "silently" for various reasons, and suddenly an alertable event occurs, you get the alert and compare your current score to the previous one, and decide that the event caused it, not realizing that the score has anyway changed between your previous notification and this one.
I don't get these scores either!
I decrease my balances on my accounts and I loose 10 points on Experian!
I increase one account and open a new account and Experian increases my score by 19 points! Go figure!!!! So weird!

I apologize. I would also get on chat and request a CLI of 25k for amazon too. This will help with util fluctuations.
I thought about that with amazon because I spend on average $500 to $1500 a month the only issue with that is amazon just gave me a CLI that I didnt ask for last month so I dont think I can request again so soon
Longtimelurker made a really insightful post just now.
This happens a lot here and 99.9% of the time LTL's explanation is the right one. The problem is not with FICO scoring but with a particular product (the 3B monitoring system with its "alerts") being the wrong fit for a particular consumer. The alerts are the reason that the 3B monitoring product decided to run your score again -- they are not the reason that the reason that the score changed.
If you think about it, the answer has got to be something along the lines of what LTL said. Because the situation as you described isn't just strange, it's impossible. A creditor giving you a credit limit increase cannot in itself cause your score to drop. The only possible effect it could have is maybe to cause your score to go up (though much of the time the boost to your credit limit doesn't affect your score at all).
This particular product is not the right fit for everyone. Some people like a different approach, where they control when their score gets run.

If your file is only a year old, it is still not established for a long payment history.
If you have 10 HP in that year, it likely influences the score stability.
