You can get unlimited free trials for Credit Check Total by Experian. Just log in with a free account and try to do a 3 beuru report. That should give you an offer for a free 7 day trial. Cancel immediately. When it runs out start a new trial.

Maybe I'm breaking protocol here, but it seems to me, @Anonymous , it might be nice to update all of the people who took the time and effort to give you a tremendous amount of insight.  I understand you've got a lot on your plate(many of us do), but you got answers in a matter of hours, often minutes, yet you're ten days from your last post.

Thanks to all who replied politely and the long and thoughful DM / PM 

I paid and DL the FICO app 

When I click on MORTGAGES

it says 

"FICO SCORES 5,4,&2"

EF= 569  TU = 568 EX = 588 all three reported on 10/7/21

THe FHA mortgage I need , to start i need a MID score of 580

Which means the Discover attempt did not affect anything. 

My discvoer shows a 20$ balance inb the FICO AP 

So I am still 11 points away on my mid score.

Shoot. Plan B. Can you go by the hospital to the business office and pay that debt and ask them to recall the debt from the CA? If that can be done. Theres more than 11 points. Plus the lender in most cases would want that paid anyway. Kill 2 birds with one stone.

@Anonymous  Thank you providing us with an update.  I want to clarify, did the Discover balance show on all three reports at the time when you paid for FICO subscription?

Or did it update on a date after you paid for the subscription?

UNFORTUNATELY, A repo from 6 years ago popped back on one of the reports, from my separation/ divorce. 

I am going tomorrow to ask for an extension for 4 months. If I get it then we will have 120 days to get things perfect. 

I even have put some cash aside to pay off some items , if it helps.

@Anonymous  Not a problem at all! This forum can be extremely helpful. We all pitch in when we can.  The extension may be a good idea.  You may even be able to successfully dispute the negative medical collection. If I'm remembering that correctly?

1. Your information was used fraudently

2. You obviously did not have knowledge nor did you authorize the payment.

I know that is only one of your issues, but with the information you provided so far it seems like you may be able to successfully dispute this item.

I would dispute it with each credit bureau (if it is reporting to all 3).  In the meantime, there is a rebuilding thread on here that can be a lot of help to you.  You should be able to get the appropriate info on how to possibly get negative information deleted from your report.  (For instance, at times you can workout a pay for delete).

Either way, please come back to update us on here on how things are going toward getting the mortgage score you need.
