I have an "Other". lol

You know that section of your credit report that says Installments, Revolving, and Other. I have an Other. I guess the score won't know how to score it. Simple dispute to clear up. Account with out a title.

What sort of "Other" is it?

BTW, I have one, too. A natural gas account from an apartment I haven't lived in for 7 years.

I'm hoping that in another 6-8 months, my AmEx charge card will start reporting. In the unlikely event that it is coded and reported properly, won't it show up in "other"?

My EQ shows 1 other account. Child support. Shouldn't be on the report to begin with but that is another story. I am afraid to dispute it for fear of unintended consequences. It doesn't seem to be dinging the score too much so probably best left alone.

My other should be an installment. It shows up as balance and payment. Can't tell if it is revolving or installment. Oh well, no matter. I'll have it corrected with in 2 weeks. I've always wondered why they had an Other section. I thought it was for special stuff. Now I just learned it's for the unidentified.
