I have a few others paid off from my Bank all paid on time and paid in full that show. 

Same bank each time not a finance company. I should have gotten this from the bank but I didnt. Not sure whether to get a loan from my bank to pay it off and have a bank installment or just pay if off in full. That will give me about 14 months payment history with the finance company paid on time never late once.

I wouldn't worry too much about that finance loan.  It isn't having a big impact on your score.
