Hello SJ -
I see your score drop was a bit larger than Revelate's. His account was just over 6 years old - fully seasoned - IMO. How old is your PLOC? 1-2 years or 2-3 years?

Entirely possible or even probable we're on different scorecards and that alone might explain the difference (which I personally think is more likely than seasoning of the individual tradeline which seems a little dubious to me). I think there's some differences between SJ's and my file even if the scores are basically identical.
Also it's a legitimate question how a CFA effects things: SJ I think is utterly clean on EX, whereas I may not be even if I know I'm in the upper 8 scorecards on FICO 8.
Not entirely sure how to tease this one out honestly without a third or fourth or more profiles.

My profile and yours are a lot different.
I have no mortgage on my profile.
And yes it's entirely "clean" (although I hate using that terminology )
And my average age of accounts is just under 3 years on EX & TU, while it's less than 2 1/2 years on EQ.
Update: I just got a great data point on this.
You may recall that I had a revolving line with the exact same numbers, a $2254 balance with $2500 limit, yielding 90.16% individual utilization.
When I paid it off to zero, the change was reported in EQ and TU, but not in EX.
It seemed that my EX score remained significantly depressed by it, but because of other things going on at the time, it was not possible to be sure.
Today EX caught up to the other 2 bureaus and reported that the $2254 balance dropped to zero on EX. There were no other changes. My EX FICO 8 jumped 28 points.
My second highest individual utilization number is 72.3%; that is still present on all 3 bureaus. There are no other accounts reporting at > 29%.
So in a profile weighed down by a 90%-er and a 72%-er, getting rid of the 90%-er was worth 28 points.
This is confirmed by the 26-point drop I'd experienced when the 90% first reported on EX.
What were your aggregate utilization numbers during those high individual utilization time stamps?

5-7% at beginning to 10% now. The $2254 only represented half of a percent.
Someone who understands this needs to create a cheatsheet for the others like me who get confused with total util versus individual. I have a card from Patelco that I am waiting to update on EQ that is completely paid in full from 100% on EX and TU and with everything else the same. Trying to figure how much of a bump it will secure me.

You won't be able to figure it out, as this thread demonstrates, since everyone's profile is unique.
What is most dramatic about this thread is that Revelate and I had the exact same numbers. $2254 out of $2500 for 90.16%, paid down to zero. In Revelate's profile that was good for 21 points on EX, while in my profile it raised me 28 points.
